1. Service description

RenderMix ("the Service"), accessible at console.rendermix.app, is a private console for AI image and video generation built on third-party AI providers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Prohibited content

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or store:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. Such accounts are permanently banned and reported.
• Deepfakes or non-consensual sexual imagery depicting real, identifiable individuals (public or private, living or deceased).
• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the operator's jurisdiction.
• Content intended to harass, defame, or impersonate a specific person.

NSFW imagery of fictional characters and of consenting adult subjects is permitted within the limits above.

4. Backend providers

The Service routes generation requests to third-party AI providers (currently Civitai). By using RenderMix you also agree to comply with those providers' terms of service. Violations may result in account termination on either side.

5. Payments

Subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, and similar) via on-chain transactions. Cryptocurrency payments are technically irreversible: there are no refunds once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain. An exception is granted at the operator's discretion if a technical malfunction on our side causes a loss, reported within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Account suspension

We may disable your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or applicable law, or if continued service exposes the operator to material risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty and the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of generated outputs, lost data, or downtime. Total cumulative liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the dashboard or by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
